Can you accommodate more than two people?
Most packages are quoted for 2 adults, Other charges may apply to any other additional individuals. Please be sure to indicate your special needs in our special request area or to one of our customer representatives.

When can we travel?
There are no restrictions, however all offers are subject to availability.

When do I receive my free gifts (i.e. tickets, VIP coupon book)?
After your qualifications have been approved and you have completed the preview seminar.

Can I bring a pet?
Please mention that you would like to bring your pet well in advance, we need to book you with a pet freindly hotel. Extra Charges will apply 

Can my friends get a package too?
Only one Staysavers package may be used for family and friends traveling on the same dates.

 

When do I have to do the preview?
The preview will be in the morning of the following day you arrive and you may have different times to choose from.

What is the preview?
The preview is a fun-filled, interactive presentation that will show you the benefits of various vacation options and requires only ninety minutes of your time and attention. Whichever way you decide, after you Have fulfilled your obligation, you are free to enjoy the rest of your vacation as you wish.

Where do we go when we arrive?

A representative from our Welcome and Check In Center will contact you at least three days prior to your scheduled arrival to assist you with directions and any questions you may have concerning your package.  

Our Welcome Center is located at 2005 West Highway 76,

Suite 205   Branson, MO 65616 which is almost directly across the street from the Walmart Plaza on Country Music Blvd. Our Welcome Center is open from 9AM until 8PM and upon arrival, you will receive directions to your hotel, additional information regarding directions to your seminar the following day, and any additional gifts.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:  Please contact Staysavers toll free at 1-888-257-1996 a maximum of 7 days and a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival so arrangements can be made for your late check in.  We will simply arrange for you to go directly to your hotel and come into the Welcome Center the following morning.

 

Also, please be advised that failure to show up for your scheduled presentation during your stay, or not having proper matching identification of your drivers license, check book and/or major credit card (NOT debit, prepaid, or check card) at time of check in, or failure to meet any qualifications previously verified, but not limited to a minimum of $40K per year income, marital status, both spouses attending presentation (if married or cohabitating), ownership of a travel club, or traveling with another group booked on a Staysavers package, will result in loss of all gifting as well as an additional charge on your credit card for the rack rate of your hotel, plus an additional $200 booking fee will apply.
