When can we travel?
There are no restrictions, however all offers are subject to availability.

When do I receive my free gifts (i.e. tickets, VIP coupon book)?
After your qualifications have been approved and you have completed the preview seminar.

Can I bring a pet?
Please forgive us, we are personally huge animal lovers, however our policy must be no, as most accommodations will not accept them.

Can my friends get a package too?
Only one Staysavers package may be used for family and friends traveling on the same dates.

Are applicable only on Mexican packages and include transportation from airport to hotel only. One way.
All other plans are land only.

When do I have to do the preview?
The preview will be in the morning of the following day you arrive and you may have different times to choose from.

The preview is a fun-filled, interactive presentation that will show you the benefits of various vacation options and requires only ninety minutes of your time and attention. Whichever way you decide, after you Have fulfilled your obligation, you are free to enjoy the rest of your vacation as you wish.

Where do we go when we arrive?
All Staysavers locations have convenient welcome centers. For our Mexican packages, they will be met by one of our
Staysavers representatives at the airport upon arrival.
